ROOFING:

1. Convert wood shake rooves to a class A fire-rated type
2. Tear-off all types of roofing
3. Install solid (plywood) sheathing
4. GO GREEN ask about energy saving roof products.
5. Install solar-tube skylights
6. Install single-ply "Torch Roof System" on small low slope and flat roof decks.

REPAIRS:

1. Tile expert for repairs and maintenance
2. Repair wood shakes with shingle replacement / shims and/or power washing

GUTTER INSTALLATION & ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CLEANING:

1. Install pre-painted Aluminum or Steel seamless gutters & downpsouts

a. our gutters come with metal edging to prevent damage to overhang sheathing.
b. we suggest steel gutters when long spans of 40' or more are involved to prevent warping
c. annual cleaning of debris from gutter system

ATTIC VENTING / RADIANT BARRIER FOIL / INSULATION:

1. Install all types of attic venting:

a. Ridge-line venting (for exhaust) in conjuction with lower eave venting "eyebrow" vents (for cooler in-take)

2. Install Attic Fans:

a. Solar attic fans (runs soley from the suns rays) installed at the highest southernmost point of the roof
b. Electric attic fans either on roof top or gable ends (must be hard wired by licensed electrician)
c. Wind turbines (installed on the highest point of a roof)

3. Install "THERMA SHEET" Radiant Barrier. (Lowers attic temp. approximately 30 degrees and interior approximately 10 degrees)
